These terms apply to physical products bought through our online shop. Our coaching and activity forms are for enquiries only; sending a form does not create a booking or require payment.

Ordering and payment

You can review your basket and correct your details before submitting an order. After you order, we will email you a confirmation. We keep a record of your order, and you can request a copy by emailing us.

Prices are in euros and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges and the total amount payable are shown before you finalise your purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; card payments may be processed through Stripe.

If we cannot supply an item after you have paid, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item.

Delivery

We deliver to Malta and Gozo. The available delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. We will deliver within the time agreed with you or, if no time is agreed, within 30 days of your order.

If delivery is delayed, please contact us so we can resolve it. We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate.

Products, returns and problems

Please review the information on each product page before ordering, particularly ingredients, allergens and storage instructions for food products. Please also read the label on the product you receive. If it differs from the description or there is another problem, contact us.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind cancellations. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide the required remedies.

The general food and wellbeing information is for illustration and education purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always read the product labels and consult with your health care professionals if you have any medical conditions.

Complaints

Email info@brmalta.com or use our contact form if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve it with you. If we cannot, we will provide information about any applicable consumer dispute-resolution option.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. The version of these terms in place when you order applies to that purchase. These can change over time so we encourage you to review them regularly. Maltese law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have.
